Happy Birthday to the Best Man I Know

Today is my husband's birthday! He is truly the best man that I know. We all love him so much! We celebrated his birthday yesterday with a special dinner and a card. E came up with her own idea of a gift for him. It was a golf club cover and she knitted it herself! She is so talented and thoughtful. We are so blessed by each of our little ones. Tomorrow I plan to upload pix of our birthday dinnertime.

American Heritage Girl's Valentine Banquet

Tiger Lily is a tenderfoot in the American Heritage Girl's scouting program. She is learning so much and earning badges. We are so proud of her! She helped serve at the Valentine Banquet that her troup hosted.

Chinese New Year

Our local China Adoption Group hosted a fantastic Chinese New Year Celebration. It followed our monthly Chinese Cultural School class. We all enjoyed a lunch of Chinese food and a program that featured the kids singing the songs they have learned. This was followed by a slideshow, games and crafts. Happy Chinese New Year!

26 Hours of Glorious Scrapbooking!

Some of my adoption buddies and I enjoyed 26 hours of scrapping at the recent Crop Connection Event! It was a scrapbooker's dream come true. The sweet ladies who put it on do an awesome job. Actually they just spoil us. We did scrapbook a good bit, but we also enjoyed visiting with each other. Our table won for table design. We were the Red Thread Scrappers. It was so very much fun!
